Seeing perfectly again in 14 easy steps

Now for the 14 easy steps:

  1. Take your spectacles off and close your eyes.
  2. With your eye lids closed, move your eyes fully clockwise slowly.
  3. Notice any stiffness in the muscles of your eyes as you move them.
  4. This is the crazy bit, imagine that you have a little DIY handyman inside your eye sockets.
  5. Now have the little man pull out a can of lubricant to apply to all your sore areas.
  6. Continue moving them in a cycical fashion.
  7. Make sure your eyes are still closed!
  8. After a few minutes they will feel fully relaxed.
  9. Now imagine you have a daily newspaper about 1/2 a meter from your nose. Focus on the large print on top, then the small print on the bottom.
  10. Move the newspaper to two meters from your nose, again focus on the large print on the top and then the small print on the bottom.
  11. Do this once again at 3 meters then swooooosh the newspaper up to half a meter from your nose. You’ll notice your eye muscles are actually moving even though you have your eyes closed. It’s a retinal pressup!
  12. Repeat this exercise 3 times.
  13. Lastly, move your eyes around in cyclical fashion once more for 30 seconds. Viola! You’re done.
  14. Repeat this exercise 3 to 4 times per day or more for atleast 4 weeks. You’re sending your eyes to the gym.

If you have any questions or feedback post in the comment section below.

Reasons this won’t work:

1) Spectacles are usually made to be fragile. You might think this is designed to make them look pretty and sexy. It’s not. They are designed to be fragile so the safest place for them is on the end of your nose. For one month I would like you to carry your spectacle case with you and only use your spectacles for minimal periods this will encourage your eye muscles back into action.

2) You don’t do the exercises enough. You should be doing this 3 to 4 times daily, or more, for 4 weeks.

3) You had your eyes open! They MUST be closed during the exercise because there is no such thing as reality. If your eyes are closed you have no conscious resistance to the exercise. Your brain believes that you can see.
